Iranian actor Farhad Jam has been named the ambassador of health for Health and Life Conference in Iran.
The conference chose the famed Iran actor to act as a health ambasser for the conference held on Wednesday in Iranian capital city of Tehran.
Farhad Jam has a bachelor’s degree in Theater from School of Art affiliated to Iran Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance.
He began his career on stage in 1970 and made his small screen debut in 1991, appearing in ‘Spouse’ series. The actor made his first appearance in cinema with ‘The Path of Glory’ movie in 1994 directed by Daryoush Farhang.
Jam has tested the waters in screenwriting and directing, besides hosting game shows such as ‘The Secret of Apple’ for TV channels run by Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB).
The Iranian movie actor has appeared in films such as ‘Pari’ (1995), ‘Passion of Life’ (1998) and ‘Restless Heart’ (2012).
